US not putting more money into IMF, says Andrew Neil

Andrew Neil has said that an Obama administration source has told him the US will not be giving any more money to the IMF to bail out Europe in an election year.

The Daily Politics presenter spoke of "bash-a-Brit" day at the European Parliament in Strasbourg and talks of another EU summit in the few days left before Christmas - and some politicians wanting to undo the deal agreed on Friday.
