Business reacts to government bid to cut red tape
The government used to talk of deregulation to help businesses, and David Cameron said he wanted the burden of red tape on business to be lower at the end of his term of office.
Adam Fleming asked entrepreneurs if the tape really is being cut. He spoke to businesswoman Jo Lloyd and Dr Adam Marshall from the British Chambers of Commerce.
