Revised rules on planning and development in England

The government is to publish its revised planning guidelines for England, after a draft paper last year was called a developers' charter by lobby groups who claimed it would make it easier to build in the countryside.

Adam Fleming reports from West Sussex, where he spoke to Adam Royle from the Campaign to Protect Rural England and Liz Peace, British Property Federation chief executive.
