Michael Fallon on cash for access and Peter Cruddas

Claims made in the "cash for access" undercover Sunday Times film were "completely unacceptable" said the Conservative deputy chairman.

Michael Fallon said allegations of special access to the prime minister "can't happen" and the party would look at the evidence in the film to see if it needed to tighten its rules further.

He said all meetings with a minister were recorded and published, but Andrew Neil asked if the same regulations applied to dinners with David Cameron.
