Cash for access: Francis Maude on Labour's inquiry call

Cabinet Office Minister Francis Maude said Labour "did nothing" about party funding during its 13 years in office, as he responded to calls from Ed Miliband for a public inquiry over the cash for access allegations.

Mr Maude said Labour had a "shameful record" and had blocked reforms, as he criticised the unions' role in the Labour Party.
