English riots: Batmanghelidjh, Johnson and Portillo

Camila Batmanghelidjh claimed the riots in English cities did not happen by accident and were "not just a shopping orgy".

Their debate followed a film by the founder of the Kids Company on a report into the disturbances and looting last August.
