David Cameron considers big cuts to benefits

David Cameron has called for a radical re-think of the welfare system.

In a speech he said the current system had created a "something for nothing" culture which encouraged people to have children and not take a job.

He said he was considering ideas for a future Conservative manifesto, such as whether the under 25s should receive housing benefit.

The BBC's Political Editor Nick Robinson reports.
