Tories 'must deliver on coalition,' say Liberal Democrats

Plans to change the House of Lords have been dropped by the government after opposition from Conservative backbenchers.

Deputy Prime Minister, Nick Clegg, claimed the party had broken the coalition agreement and said that, in response, the Liberal Democrats would oppose changes to parliamentary boundaries.
