Mobile phone signal and broadband speed in rural areas

The new executive chairman of the Countryside Alliance said he had better mobile phone signal while a soldier in Helmand, Afghanistan, than at home in rural Dorset.

Barney White-Spunner spoke of the work to be done on phone and broadband provision in rural areas.
