Chris Grayling: 'We can deliver a better deal for Britain'

The Justice Secretary Chris Grayling has highlighted some of the powers the Conservatives would like to see taken back from the European Union.

Speaking on BBC Breakfast, Mr Grayling said he was very happy that the UK should be part of international arrangements to fight terrorism but he did not want to be part of a justice system with the same penalties in every European country.

He also spoke about employment and said he would like to see a change to the working time directive.
