Local elections: Green and UKIP bid for Sussex votes

Thursday's local elections across England's shire counties will challenge the Lib Dems, Conservative and Labour over their polling positions today, compared with when these seats were last fought in 2009.

They will also be a test for smaller parties like the Greens and UKIP. Adam Fleming reports from Sussex on how they plan to offer disillusioned voters a new place to go.
