Lobbying row: Nick Clegg says reforms 'will go ahead'

Three peers and an MP have been accused of accepting payments to carry out Parliamentary work. They all deny wrongdoing.

Nick Clegg, writing in the Daily Telegraph, said he and the prime minister were "determined" it should go ahead.

James Landale reports.
