Labour conference: Rachel Reeves on Miliband leadership

Labour has "policies that will improve people's lives" said the the shadow chief secretary to the Treasury as the party started its annual conference.

Rachel Reeves told Andrew Neil that a "One Nation Labour Party was about helping everybody".

And she listed changes that would include expanding childcare, offering more apprentices, and housing benefits changes, by cancelling the spare room subsidy that Labour calls the "bedroom tax".
