Can pension and annuity change help buy a Lamborghini?

The coalition has embarked on the most radical reform of pensions in a generation, aiming to give people more freedom and responsibility over their retirement plans, and shake up the pensions industry with more competition.

With the help of archive, Giles Dilnot reports on the changes and asks whether they really mean someone could buy a Lamborghini car, as a minister appeared to suggest when the reforms were announced.
