PMQs: Cameron and Raab on strike ballot legislation

The Conservatives will have a manifesto commitment over strike ballots by unions, David Cameron has told MPs.

He was answering a question at PMQs from Tory Dominic Raab who called for an end to "licensed sabotage" ahead of Thursday's planned actions by several unions.
