Referendum moments: Scottish Labour says 'oil is for all UK'

The Official Labour party in Scotland has criticised devolution plans to give revenue from North Sea oil to the Scottish Assembly. Party Chairman Tom Fulton states that the oil is British, not Scottish, and all should benefit from it.
