Raab: European Arrest Warrant 'has devastated lives'

The European Arrest Warrant has "devastated the lives of too many innocent people", Conservative MP Dominic Raab has said.

He explained that it had led to people being subjected to "horrific jail conditions" and "financial ruin".

His comments come as MPs are to vote on whether the UK should opt in to a range of EU legal measures.

First broadcast on BBC Radio 4's Today programme on Monday November 10 2014.
