Main tells Cameron about mother's death under Welsh NHS

Conservative Anne Main told MPs that her mother died under the Welsh health service, and she recalled how an inquest revealed that ambulance equipment were not properly checked.

David Cameron claimed the NHS budget in Wales had been cut, and waiting times and cancer targets were not being met, and the service was "in trouble" as he blamed Labour for a lack of reforms.
