Clegg: Conservatives 'kidding themselves' over spending plans

Nick Clegg has told the BBC the Conservatives are "kidding themselves" over their spending plans after the "books had been balanced"

Speaking to Andrew Marr the Lib Dem leader said "big differences" were opening up between his party and their coalition partners.
