Mandelson urges Labour to 'work together' with business

Former Labour cabinet minister Lord Mandelson has said being leader of the opposition is a "horrible, terrible job" and Ed Miliband has to "plough on" in the face of personal criticism.

Asked about Labour's current relationship with business, he said "you must never use language or even body language, let alone what you say, that creates the impression that you are for or against any section of society".

He added: "We need people working together. There has to be a collaboration between business and government, between politicians and entrepreneurs."
