PMQs: Speaker warns 'smirking' chief whip Michael Gove

The Speaker intervened in a noisy Prime Minister's Questions and again told off Michael Gove.

John Bercow has previously told Mr Gove, during his days as education secretary, to write lines.

This time he scolded Mr Gove, now chief whip, for "smirking" and told the Conservative MP that it was not a laughing matter.
