Yvette Cooper: 'We've got to have optimism for the future'

The Shadow Home Secretary, Yvette Cooper, has been setting out her vision for the leadership of the Labour Party.

She announced last night that she would be standing to succeed Ed Miliband.

Ms Cooper said the new leader needed answers for the whole country not just the party, and an optimism for the future.
