UK military chief criticises Libya decision

The head of the UK military at the time of the conflict in Libya says the UK was wrong not to deploy ground troops in Libya.

Former chief of the defence staff Lord Richards tells the Today programme that he always had his doubts about the intervention, saying "tentative" military action always leads to the worst results.
