Burnham accuses Rudd of Miners' Strike 'establishment stitch-up'

The home secretary is accused of an "establishment stitch-up" after announcing there will be no inquiry into the so-called Battle of Orgreave during the 1984 Miners' Strike.

But Amber Rudd told former shadow home secretary Andy Burnham he was "entirely wrong" and she had made her decision "honestly based on the evidence".
