Rayner: Labour education policy will 'help businesses'

The Labour party is making a multibillion pound funding pledge to tackle school cash shortages in England.

The shadow education secretary Angela Rayner told the Today programme they wanted to reassure parents that funding in schools will be there to make sure teachers are not being made redundant.
