Hunt master: We're the ones who care about animals' welfare

Lord Mancroft, chairman of the Master of Foxhounds Association, tells fellow peers that the organisations he heads are the only ones which care about the welfare of the animals.

Peers also heard that the government realises the strength of feeling on the issue, and has no plans to hold a free vote on overturning the ban on fox hunting.
