Grenfell inquiry chairman says he 'will find answers'

A public inquiry has begun in London into the fire that killed at least 80 people in the Grenfell Tower in June.

Sir Martin Moore-Bick said his inquiry would determine how a such tragedy could occur in 21st century London.
