Boris Johnson defends Brexit vision article

Boris Johnson has defended the article he wrote outlining his vision for leaving the EU, after he was accused of being a Brexit "back-seat driver".

Mr Johnson said he had been trying to "sketch out" the "incredibly exciting landscape of the destination ahead" in his piece for the Daily Telegraph.

He added that there was "one driver in this car" - Prime Minister Theresa May.
