Theresa May stresses 'urgency' of EU citizens' deal

Prime Minister Theresa May said she wanted to stress the urgency of getting a deal on expat rights as she arrived at an EU summit in Brussels.

She also said she intended to talk about the shared interest in security and defence, and the UK's aim to continue to play a key role, working with the EU, after Brexit.
