Brexit: High risk of UK 'crashing out' of EU

Speaking at an event in Brussels, Sabine Weyand - deputy to the EU's chief negotiator Michel Barnier - said there was a high risk of the UK crashing out of the EU without a deal by accident.

She said the EU needs to prepare for this scenario.
