Rangers administrators Duff and Phelps have accepted an unconditional offer of £8.5m from the consortium led by the former Sheffield United chief executive Charles Green.

Matthew Bell, has edited the Sheffield United fanzine, Flashing Blade, for over 20 years, and spoke to BBC Good Morning Scotland's Hayley Jarvis.
