Centenarians pump iron for Golden Games in Aberdeen

Four Aberdeen centenarians have proven you are never too old for fitness.

The four women, with a combined age of 413, were promoting the city's Golden Games, which is aimed at encouraging the over-65s to keep active.

They included 106-year-old Jessie Gallan, who told BBC Scotland reporter Colin Wight: "I could run a race with you."
