Money woes of stroke victims

A charity is calling for more to be done to address the financial hardship often suffered by people after they have suffered a stroke.

One in four stroke victims is under the age of 65, and the Stroke Association says many suffer a significant loss of income as a result.

BBC Scotland's health correspondent Eleanor Bradford has been to meet a woman who had stroke seven years ago when she was still in her twenties.
