Scotland 'losing' in air passenger tax

Scotland's main airports are calling for passenger tax to devolved to Holyrood.

Bosses at Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen airport claim air passenger duty is driving away both airlines and passengers and could soon be costing the Scottish economy £210m a year.
