John Carnochan: 'Young men need positive role models'

John Carnochan served as a policeman for 39 years.

For the last seven of those he led the violence reduction unit in Strathclyde Police before retiring on Friday.

Mr Carnochan spoke to BBC Scotland's Andrew Kerr.
