Elgin's flood defences boosted with new bridge

The final major piece of engineering has been put in place in Elgin as part of a huge flood defence scheme.

The footbridge over the River Lossie is one of a series of improvements put in place after severe floods swamped local businesses and forced hundreds of residents from their homes.

BBC Scotland's Craig Anderson reports from the Moray town.
