Clydesdale Bank fined £20.7m over PPI complaints

Clydesdale Bank has been fined £20.7m for "serious failings" in its handling of complaints that it wrongly sold financial products.

The financial regulator found that employees tried to hide documents to avoid payouts and that the industry's ombudsman had been misled.

BBC Scotland's business and economy editor Douglas Fraser reports from the bank's headquarters in Glasgow.
