What can Scotland expect in the Queen's speech?

The Queen will open a new session of parliament this morning.

In keeping with custom, she will set out the plans of the new government in a speech.

The UK government is proposing to give more powers to Scotland with the measures based on the ideas of the cross-party Smith Commission agreement.

The SNP, which won all but three of the Scottish seats at the election, wants more than is being offered.

The BBC's Scotland correspondent James Cook reports.
