Minister Angela Constance's call to act over jobless youth

The Scottish government's Youth Employment Minister Angela Constance believes there needs to be an "all-Scotland" approach to tackling unemployment among 18 to 24-year-olds.

She said the government could not act alone and needed the help of the private and public sectors.

Ms Constance was speaking ahead of launching a Scottish government draft strategy to tackle youth unemployment.
