North Wales Police officers' give views on force

A survey of North Wales police officers and staff found that nearly a third of them think some victims of crime deserve a better service than others.

The views are set out in responses to a staff questionnaire carried out in 2010 and 2011, and came to light via a Freedom of Information request.

About 45% of staff also think senior management in the force is out of touch with front line police officers.

Good Morning Wales' Felicity Evans spoke to PC Richard Eccles, secretary of the North Wales Police Federation.
