Radio Cymru makes changes over Welsh language musicians row
BBC Radio Cymru has announced a number of programming changes which will be introduced on New Year's Day unless an ongoing dispute over royalties paid to Welsh language composers and artists is resolved on Monday.
From midnight most of Radio Cymru's usual repertoire of music will be unavailable.
Meanwhile, an agreement has been reached by the Welsh-language television station S4C.
In the meantime, discussions between the BBC and Eos - the new collecting society for Welsh language composers and artists - are expected to continue on Monday.
Music journalist John Robb spoke to Peter Johnson on BBC Radio Wales.
