St Davids care group carry out coastline conservation work

Throughout 2012 BBC reporters across Wales have been following community projects in their area.

Pembrokeshire reporter Sarah Moore has been keeping up with a group in St Davids where around a dozen adults with learning difficulties have been working with the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park on the final stages of a conservation project.

Their work has involved keeping a woodland tidy, improving biodiversity on an area of the coastline, and creating a wildflower meadow.

Sarah went to visit them one last time in the run-up to Christmas.
