Measles: 'Alarming rate' of south west Wales epidemic

Public health officials are warning that the measles outbreak in the Swansea area is spreading at an alarming rate with the number of cases doubling in the last three weeks.

Public Health Wales says there are 432 cases in total, of which 116 have been reported in the last week alone and 51 people have been hospitalised.

Parents are being urged to ensure their children are vaccinated with MMR jabs.
