Wind farm public inquiry begins in Welshpool

The largest-ever public inquiry into wind farms in England and Wales is due to begin in Powys later.

The inquiry in Welshpool will look at plans to build a number of wind farms as well as proposals by the National Grid to erect pylons to carry the power they generate into England.

BBC Wales environment correspondent Iolo ap Dafydd told Good Morning Wales presenter Felicity Evans how significant the inquiry is.
