Lynette White: 'Errors' over missing prosecution documents
Two reports into why vital prosecution documents went missing during the country's biggest ever police corruption case have highlighted serious mistakes and errors but concluded there was no evidence prosecutors or police acted improperly.
Eight former South Wales Police officers had been charged with perverting the course of justice during the original investigation into the murder of Lynette White.
The lengthy trial, costing millions, had to be aborted when the crucial documents were mislaid.
Stephen Miller, Yusef Abdullahi and Tony Paris were wrongly convicted for the 1988 murder in Cardiff's docklands.
Mr Paris still believes there should be inquiry into what caused the case to collapse.
He spoke to BBC Wales reporter Nick Palit.
