Welsh ministers are to receive around £100m extra over the next two years as a result of plans unveiled in the chancellor's Autumn Statement.

Wales' finance minister Jane Hutt told BBC Wales' political correspondent Tomos Livingstone there will be tough times ahead because there are some gains but also losses.
