'Red tape' barrier to green energy projects

Some community groups say they are having problems getting energy projects built because there is too much red tape.

In a bid to find new sources of income many are turning to small hydro-electric, wind and solar schemes to generate money by selling power to the National Grid.

BBC Wales environment correspondent Iolo ap Dafydd reports from Snowdonia.
