Reassurance needed on ward safety, says older people's commissioner

Every health board in Wales needs to know what is going on on its wards, the older people's commissioner has said.

Sarah Rochira's comments follows a damning report which found serious failings at the Princess of Wales Hospital, Bridgend, and Neath Port Talbot Hospital.

Abertawe Bro Morgannwg Health Board and Health Minister Mark Drakeford have both apologised.
