WW1: Archbishop says war is sometimes 'necessary'

The Archbishop of Wales has described war as sometimes "necessary" as "the lesser of two evils" at a national service of commemoration marking the 100th anniversary of the outbreak of World War One.

Dr Barry Morgan was giving the sermon at the event in Llandaff Cathedral in Cardiff on Monday evening.
