Scottish referendum: Devolution 'balance must be right'
In the days leading up to the Scottish referendum, people in Wales are weighing up the implications of a yes and no vote on the devolution settlement.
Labour's Alun Michael, now the police and crime commissioner for south Wales, said: "I think a no vote allows the sensible questions about devolution to be returned to. Because the idea of complete independence is a manifest nonsense."
The former Welsh Secretary told BBC Radio Wales' Oliver Hides it was a question of getting the balance right.
